Learn About Working With Lizzie Hilgers

Other companies would be hard-pressed to find a team member as loyal and hardworking as OHi’s Lizzie Kautz. Naturally, as a fifth-generation member of the founding OHi family, she cares about the company and its clients deeply. As such, she gives her all to every task, whether writing blog posts or planning the company-wide Christmas party. When she started in 2014, Lizzie tried a variety of positions in the company until falling in love with the marketing department. Every project she works on is handled with organization, listening, and problem-solving. You'll often find her smiling or joking with other OHi team members since her favorite aspect of OHi is the camaraderie all employees share with one another. When she’s not in the office she can be found avidly binge watching Netflix, having weekend adventures with friends, and spending time with her two dogs.
