This young family from Mount Prospect decided it was finally time to remodel the sunroom off the side of the kitchen. Not only was it the room the family entered first when coming in from the garage, but it was also the room they spent a large amount of time, whether it was the adults watching television or the kids playing with toys. To accommodate their living, they needed durable floors that could stand up to kids, and whatever weather they tracked in from outside, as well as energy efficient windows. In the end, the space was transformed into clean, elegant, family-friendly sunroom!

In the sunroom, it's the little details that added up to help create a much more functional. From the energy efficient windows and brand new side door to the durable flooring and increased lighting, this space can now stand the test of time. In the rest of the home, the family added carpet in their basement, to make it a warm and cozy space for their kids, as well as an egress window, which helped improve the safety of the space.
