First Floor Remodel From Dated and Faded To Elegant Luxury
The original home was filled with late 70s and 80s fixtures, large neon artwork, and a closed floor plan. The client reached out to OHi, wanting to bring his space into the modern world while maintaining the original design integrity of the home. He loves artwork and wanted every feature in his home to be a talking piece.
Our designer opened the kitchen space, created a masculine lounge in the den, and separated the primary and hall bath to provide his wife a private ADA bathroom with a separate powder room for guests.
