Limit: One Door Per Room

Before working with OHi, the bathroom had two doors: one opening into the bathroom, and a second door separating the sink from the toilet and shower. It made the space feel claustrophobic and hindered them from having the best possible vanity. Our team removed the second door to create a more spacious area that allowed for better storage and a more cohesive aesthetic.

A second door (of sorts) came into question when we approached the shower. Many clients like to replace their shower-tub combos for a standalone shower with a glass door, however, some people love their bathtubs. It depends on personal preference and lifestyle. For these homeowners, the bathtub was a necessity. They owned two dogs that they like to bathe in the tub. For this reason also, they didn’t want a glass door, as it makes the tub more difficult to access while shampooing an exciting pup.
