Sean Reed began his career in construction working on exterior projects and sport courts, where he discovered his talent for connecting with people and managing teams. Since 2020, he has focused on project management, most recently specializing in interior remodels, helping clients bring their dream spaces to life.

Known for his charisma, passion, and sharp attention to detail, Sean approaches every project with a balance of heart and expertise. He believes that thoughtful communication and proactive problem-solving are the keys to making every remodeling experience smooth, even when unexpected challenges arise.

Encouraged early in his career by a mentor who recognized his natural ease with clients and ability to lead teams, Sean stepped confidently into project management. Today, he brings that same focus and dedication to every homeowner he works with, ensuring projects run efficiently while maintaining a personalized, client-first approach.

Since joining OHi, Sean has thrived in the company’s close-knit, family-like environment. He values the support and camaraderie of his teammates, and he extends that same sense of care and attention to the homeowners he serves.

When he’s not on site, Sean enjoys spending time with his seven children, camping with his family, and reflecting on his days attending music festivals.
