Our team helped open the space by removing the wall dividing the family room from the kitchen. The homeowners decided they would then switch the location of their dining room with the family room, helping the kitchen area feel more cohesive. Our team then replaced the two original small windows with one large window. This further helped the space to feel expansive by allowing a lot more natural light.

The wall removal created enough space for their dream island, packed with storage and space for seating. The island also offered the perfect opportunity to create a little contrast in the kitchen by giving it a secondary color to the white palette found throughout.
