Fixing That Sinking Feeling

During the process of designing the kitchen, our clients disclosed to us that the previous homeowners hired a contractor that had damaged the structure of the home so intensely that the house was pitching toward the middle at a ½ inch angle. It caused the doors on the second floor to not shut, and the top of the clients’ dresser to be unusable because anything placed on it would roll off. Our team went in and cranked up the entire home, added the necessary supports, and ensured it was a safe livable space for this Arlington Heights family.
