From Ghastly Galley Kitchen to Opulent Openness

Wanting to combine their dining room and cramped kitchen to create one large, open space, these Arlington Heights clients approached OHi to help them craft a kitchen complete with plenty of seating and storage. Packed with cool storage accessories, like a cookbook organizer, this kitchen far exceeded the clients expectations and became a place perfect for family gatherings.

A Place for Family

With plenty of grandchildren, this couple wanted their kitchen to be the main gathering place for the family. Beyond tearing down the wall dividing the kitchen and dining room, our team installed a built-in bench for a large dining table. Not only was this bench perfect for the grandchildren, but it added a new level of storage with drawers in the lower compartment. This, paired with a larger island created plenty of seating.

Apart from wanting a wide array of pullout accessories, these clients had one very specific request: a place to install a television. They wanted to be able to watch cooking shows, sports, or their favorite show while they prepped their meals.
