Due to the water damaged, a large portion of the basement had already been taken apart and dried up, allowing our team to finalize the cleaning and get started on the craftsmanship portion a lot sooner. Essentially, our team was brought in to help put the space back together, but with new and improved products. For example, to protect against future water damage, we suggested LVT flooring which is a water-resistant surface. We also installed all the cabinets on metal feet to prevent the main cabinets from getting wet if flooding were to occur again.

Otherwise, we simply revamped the bar area to be a kitchenette, which opened up more space. We selected a stunning faux-wood looking tile to cover the entertainment wall, as well as floating shelves which helped give the space feel more open. In the bathroom, we replace the vanity. We also suggested they select a neutral color wall paint to replace the previously orange walls.
