What began as an ambitious new build quickly became something more personal. After purchasing the property, OHi fully reimagined the home, gutting the first floor and adding an entirely new second story to create a modern, functional layout from the ground up. Midway through the process, a family fell in love with the vision and made it their own, partnering with our team to bring thoughtful, highly personal selections to life. With four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a beautifully designed mudroom, and an enclosed sunroom, this home was built for connection. The open-concept main living space feels even more expansive thanks to soaring ceilings and a second-floor hallway that overlooks the living room below. Exposed beams add warmth and texture, grounding the airy space with a sense of comfort.
