BATHROOM REMODEL

Finding the Right Fit

Due to a negative experience with their previous shower door, these clients didn’t want a sliding door. This meant that it had to swing outward. As a result, our team had to find a specific toilet size, as it was located directly next to the shower. At first, the  homeowners wanted an elongated bowl, but ultimately, for the right fit, had to choose a round bowl.

Throughout the rest of their space, they also wanted to ensure everything fit properly. To accommodate the varying heights of their toiletries, the OHi designer created a unique shower niche with extra ledges to allow for different products to fit. As for the vanity, they wanted to ensure maximum storage, while also having drawers.

The Shower and Toilet

Before: The toilet and shower were huddled together in a cramped, style-less room. The framed shower lacked enough ledge space to hold the clients’ shower care products, and there was nowhere to hang towels. Overall, the room simply existed for basic function without any thought of design.

After: An expanded, frameless shower with a half-wall takes the place of the previously-dated installment. The intricately weaved tile pattern is a showstopper in craftsmanship, and nicely complements the niche, thoughtfully  added to shelf every shower product. A gorgeous towel rack, hand picked by our designer, keeps the towels contained, while also acting as a statement piece.
