Two factors were guiding forces throughout this entire project. The first, and most important, was budget. As a way to save, our team recommended they keep their old vanities, as they were still in good condition. They may have lost the benefit of added storage space that many modern vanities offer, but they were able to save in order to allow for them to get a tile they loved.
The second guiding force was the timeline. The project had to be completed while one of the clients was away in Florida. The remaining client prepared for the chaos of a bathroom remodel by joining a gym in order to have access to a shower, as well as toilet access for the two days the commode was out of service.
As for the actual aspects being remodeled, changing the vanity surface to include two sinks was a must for our clients. Luckily, the original plumbing was roughed in to allow for two sinks, but for some unknown reason, the original homeowner only chose for there to be a singular sink. Meanwhile, the warmer atmosphere was achieved through installing greige tiles that our installer meticulously worked with. Our team decided to have it installed in a vertical pattern to help give the illusion of a taller room.
