Say Goodbye to Rub-a-Dub-Dub

The original bathroom featured a corner tub that was the focal point of the bathroom. The only problem was that our clients never used it so it’s presence caused a limited amount of  joy and was a waste of space. Meanwhile, they were cramped in a little shower that had poor storage and lighting. When they told us about their project, their main request was to remove the bathtub completely in order to replace it with a luxurious and spacious shower. They reconfigured the wall between the shower and bathtub to combine their space, creating a walk-in shower with a corner bench and niche to hold their shower-care products

Everything that previously existed in the master bathroom was pulled out and replaced by brand new materials, personally selected by our clients. The countertops were replaced by granite countertops, an extremely water-friendly surface material. The granite also makes an appearance on the shower floor lip and as the shower bench surface, creating a cohesive feel to the whole bathroom. A custom mirror hangs above the double vanity in order to fit perfectly and snugly between the improved cabinet storage that goes from floor-to-ceiling. The hinged doors separating the bedroom, closet, and water closet are all replaced by pocket doors in order to save space. The new shower is finally the focal point with a tiled niche and corner bench seat.
