BATHROOM REMODEL

Tile Style

The focal point of this bathroom is easily the variety of tiles used to create a space of texture and elegance. Playing with four different tiles helps create a soothing color scheme while also bringing a tonal vibrance despite the muted color scheme. The vanity and shower niche tile pull in the texture of the floor of the tile, which pops among the softer colors found on the two wall tiles. The space is grounded in a bold hexagonal tile that covers the floor. While each tile has its own personality, they come together in perfect harmony to give this space an elevated look.

The Bathroom

Before: A bathtub takes up the space's back wall, including a shower curtain. The room feels dark and dull with an all-beige color scheme and standard square floor tile. The vanity has a double handle faucet on a wood cabinet.

After: The space is brighter and lighter with a rich vanity and modern single-handle faucet. The bathtub is replaced with a walk-in shower, including a textured floor and two separate wall tiles. A niche has been added to the shower, enclosed by a frameless glass door.
