How To Enter

First, search the narrowed down list of ten portfolio projects which can be found below. On each page, search for a picture containing the ghost we spotted. An image of what the ghost looks like can be seen above. You'll have to pay close attention because ghosts sometimes blend in with their surroundings. Once you've found the ghost, check the name of the portfolio page you're on and come back to this page to fill out the submission form. We have included a drop down menu with the ten pages that the ghost could be on. Select the one you found the ghost on and submit. 

The Reward

Not only will you be helping us restore peace to our website, but we see this as a way for your family to virtually trick-or-treat. Everybody knows when you go trick-or-treating you hopefully receive something sweet, which is why we are offering a reward to TWO people. Each winner will receive a $50 gift card to a local restaurant of their choice. Both winners will be randomly selected from the correct entry forms. If you are a winner, you will hear from us no later than November 4, 2020.

The Deadline

We will be accepting form submissions until Saturday, October 31 at 5:00 p.m. We will then email or call the winners in private and announce the winner publicly on Facebook the following week. 

Where To Look For The Ghost

With the help of a few ghostbusters, we've been able to narrow the ghost's location down to one of the ten following portfolio pages. Click on title of the project to be taken to that page. Be sure to look through every photo to see if you can spot our spooky visitor!

• Must fill out and submit form for your submission to count
• Only one submission is accepted; if entered more than once, we will only review the first submission
• No purchase necessary
• Must be 18 years or older 
• Must live within a 20 mile radius of Elk Grove Village, IL

Completing the form is no guarantee you will win. There is no cash value to this prize, and there are no cash substitutes. This prize is non-transferable. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes with respect to the prize. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to be bound by all contest rules, terms, and conditions and agrees to be bound by all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Entries are void where prohibited by law. Ineligible submissions will be removed from consideration by the contest holder. Eligibility requirements are owned and implemented by OHi. Failure of response by a contestant within the requested time frame may result in another contestant being awarded the prize. The giveaway is only open to US citizens, ages 18 and above, who live within a 20 mile radius of Elk Grove Village, IL. This giveaway is open to everyone that meets the requirements set forth in the giveaway guidelines unless prohibited by law.

The odds of winning this giveaway is dependent on the number of entries. Winner will be selected at random by OHi. Contest starts at 2:00 pm CT on October 19, 2020 and ends at 5:00 pm CT on October 31. Entries received after October 31, 2020 will not be eligible for consideration. OHi is not liable for late or misdirected entries, entry errors, or transmission problems.
