How To Enter

First, search the narrowed down list of ten portfolio projects which can be found below. On each page, search for the picture of Lola used above on the missing dog poster. The white background will be missing, so you'll have to pay close attention because she just might blend in with her surroundings. Once you've found her, check the name of the portfolio page you're on and come back to this page to fill out the submission form. We have included a drop down menu with the ten pages that Lola could be on. Select the one you found her on and submit. 

The Prize

Everybody knows when you find someone's lost pet, a reward is usually involved, and because Lola is so important to OHi, we are offering a reward to TWO people. Each winner will receive a $50 gift card to a local restaurant of their choice. The first winner will be the first person to correctly find Lola. The second winner will be randomly selected from the correct entry forms. If you are a winner, you will hear from us no later than May 2, 2020. 

The Deadline

We will be accepting form submissions until  Friday, May 1 at 5:00 p.m. We will then email the winners in private and announce the winner publicly on Facebook, Monday, May 4.

If you find yourself lost on the portfolio home page, any of the projects with a paw print on the title card image is one of the above ten projects. 

Rules And Regulations

• Must fill out form for your submission to count
• Only one submission is accepted; if entered more than once, we will only review the first submission
• No purchase necessary
• Must be 18 years or older 
• Must live within a 20 mile radius of Elk Grove Village, IL
• Disclaimer: The real Lola is safe at home; this is strictly a digital competition. 

Completing the form is no guarantee you will win. There is no cash value to this prize, and there are no cash substitutes. This prize is non-transferable. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes with respect to the prize. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to be bound by all contest rules, terms, and conditions and agrees to be bound by all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Entries are void where prohibited by law. Ineligible submissions will be removed from consideration by the contest holder. Eligibility requirements are owned and implemented by OHi. Failure of response by a contestant within the requested time frame may result in another contestant being awarded the prize. The giveaway is only open to US citizens, ages 18 and above, who live within a 20 mile radius of Elk Grove Village, IL. This giveaway is open to everyone that meets the requirements set forth in the giveaway guidelines unless prohibited by law. 

No purchase is necessary to enter this giveaway. Further, clicking any sponsored offer or advertisement is also not required. Void where prohibited. The odds of winning this giveaway is dependent on the number of entries. Winner will be selected at random by OHi. Contest starts at 200 pm CT on April 24, 2020 and ends at 5:00 pm CT on May 1. Entries received after May 1, 2020 will not be eligible for consideration. OHi is not liable for late or misdirected entries, entry errors, or transmission problems.
