Randy serves as an advocate for our most precious possessions - our employees. Along with providing the resources they need for job satisfaction and career growth, Randy provides an always-welcome sense of humor wherever he goes! Randy spent decades building and training teams at Ameritech before leaving from corporate America for the family business.

Randy is always the guy who brings the donuts or coffee cake to our weekly 8 a.m. team meetings, so we love him all the more!
