"From the first meeting, Kim and John were professionals who really listened to what I wanted to do with my remodel. I had all new floors installed on the entire first floor, and a kitchen remodel. Kim's designs were perfect! During the project, the workmen were clean, polite, and tried to keep a minimal footprint while in my house. Their workmanship is top of the line and they were always respectful of me and my family. Jeff, the project manager, was incredible. He took my calls on weekends and nights when I had a question. He really kept me informed on the project including a daily timeline of what to expect. The one asset that I recognized with OHI is their true sense of family... All-in-all I would highly recommend this great group of people for any work you need done. They really made me feel at home with any questions I had throughout the process. They made me feel like part of their family! Will definitely use again as they were awesome to work with, and the remodel is exactly what I imagined."
